I took my filters to Devon and wanted to practice using the 10 stop filter with the sea. I needed some foreground interest, preferably a dilapidated pier or something. This was the best I could find, and it isn't ideal because it doesn't go very far into the water. That said, I gave it a go and am pleased with how smooth the water is. I converted to black and white to give the image a more eerie look. It is unfortunate that the posts are not very well focussed, I am not sure how I managed that. This photo was taken with a 25 second exposure.
