29Mar2013: Photo 88

The buildings in Marseille all really looked like they could either do with a lick of paint, or being torn down and re-built. It was very rare for a building's front wall to be truly vertical, and there were cables running all over the outside walls. Most of the houses had shuttered windows, with bars on the ground floor, as in this image. I wanted to make this photo look even older, so I added some graining in photoshop.
